Elisa B. Zawadzkas



Attorney Elisa Zawadzkas is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and New England School of law. After passing the bar she was admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts. She is a Cape Cod native and presently a resident of West Dennis where she serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals. She has been successfully representing persons charged with drunk driving (OUI, DUI, and DWI) on Cape Cod and throughout Massachusetts for over 3 years. To better serve her clients she is active member of many local and national organizations including the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD). She regularly attends the NCDD anual meeting and specialized seminars on the breathalyzer.

Attorney Zawadzkas' areas of practice also includes family law, primarily divorce and child custody. She also represents clients at the Registry of Motor Vehicles and the Board of Appeals for license suspensions due to Refusing to the Breathalyzer, OUI, Immediate Threat/Medical Emergency, and Habitual Traffic Offender. She also represents injured people who were involved in traffic accidents.
